Broden Lloyd Limited are no longer sales agents, but are partnered with a local Propertymark Accredited Agent and may charge a commission to the agent if they successfully sell your home from our referral. Referral fee £100 + VAT (£120.00 including VAT) payable by agent.

Fully Managed
£420.00 incl. VAT (£350.00 + VAT) per tenancy
12% incl. VAT (10% + VAT) monthly management commission
- Once you have three or more properties listed with us, this rate automatically reduces to 8% + VAT
£180.00 incl VAT Ingoing Inventory Condition Report (£150.00 + VAT)
£120.00 incl VAT outgoing Inventory Condition Report (£120.00 + VAT)
Referencing Fee: £42.00 incl. VAT (£35.00 + VAT) per applicant

We can also offer a rent protection policy at £30.00 + VAT per month.

Rental Charges applied to Tenants
Property Holding Deposit
A refundable holding deposit totalling one week's rent is required to reserve the property during the referencing process. If the application is successful, this can be used towards the rent and deposit.
Deposit
The deposit is capped at 5 weeks rent. (ie- if the rent is £400.00 the deposit would be £461.50)
Early temination of tenancy requested by the tenant
The tenant is liable for the rent and utilities until the end of their tenancy agreement, or until the property is re-let (whichever is soonest). The tenant is also liable for the re-letting costs, as above.
Pets
The landlord may accept a pet in their property, however a charge of an additional £50 maximum may be applied to the rental figure.
